Summary / Résumé

The Project Manager will support a large-scale application migration from multiple data centres into a consolidated environment, coordinating client teams and a third-party migration partner within an established PMO framework.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités

Coordinate application migration and final disposition activities

Support evaluation and selection of migration partners and Statements of Work

Engage client teams for data gathering and validation

Coordinate with partner IT organizations and stakeholders

Analyze and finalize application disposition decisions (re-host, retain, re-platform, retire)

Support third-party migration factory teams with analysis and verification

Participate in application wave planning

Manage project activities within the PMO framework

Validate third-party milestone achievements for payment approvals

Consolidate application information from client and vendors

Provide governance input for applications requiring replacement prior to 2027

Contribute to budget analysis and cost models

Track project progress and deliverables

Communicate milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership

Recommend final migration factory approaches

Final Deliverables

Reviewed and approved final wave plan

Reviewed and approved final application disposition

Reviewed and approved final migration factory model

Contingency plan for applications not migrated due to project issues

CCH capacity uplift plan

Governance and process documentation

Financing requirements and execution budget

Migration of applications to Azure or CCH (partial by wave)

Assessment and selection of managed services migration partner

Draft 2026 / 2027 budget for year-two migrations

Compliance with PMO artifacts, policies, reporting, and financial processes

Requirements / Profil recherché

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager

Experience with data centres and infrastructure environments

Experience with large-scale workload migrations and data centre moves

Experience with cloud platforms is preferred

Experience in healthcare environments is preferred

Strong presentation skills for senior management communication

PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred

Eligibility to work in Canada
