Director of Tech Delivery & Enablement (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid position - 4 days per week in office and 1 day per week remote.

We are seeking a Director, Technology Delivery and Enablement to lead our Application Development Team. Reporting to the VP of Applications and Security Services, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of critical business applications supporting national operations. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll guide teams of developers, DevOps engineers, and offshore QA specialists to deliver secure, scalable solutions while collaborating across departments and managing vendor partnerships.

In this role, you will provide :

• Strategic Leadership : Manage the development and maintenance of Lifemark’s websites and enterprise applications, providing technical leadership, oversight, and execution.
• Team Management : Effectively plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate work assignments; oversee team results for quality, timely delivery, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Architecture & Development : Provide guidance on application architecture, UI / UX, database design, and system integration with back‑end applications.
• Project Execution : Lead and support concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, schedules, and quality standards.
• Vendor Collaboration : Manage relationships with third‑party agencies and technology vendors to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Continuous Improvement : Research and evaluate emerging technologies to meet business needs and continuously enhance development practices and tools.
• Cross‑Functional Engagement : Build strong relationships across departments to align technology solutions with business objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
