About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our small, driven Data Collection team. As a Field Technician, you will support our Data Collection team in coordinating and executing field operations as we collect 3 layers of data (with the use of drones and other platforms), on infrastructure assets around the world. Working closely with our third‑party data collection partners and clients, your role will be to plan and execute a successful operation and strengthen relationships with these stakeholders. You will also be working closely with our Geospatial and Acoustic team members to ensure that data meets specified standards for our analytics teams. Outside of the field, you will support the team in managing upcoming projects, assisting the engineering team with product development and testing, and helping to build workflows and processes that will allow Niricson to scale our operational capacity. An ability to successfully communicate and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute field operations.
• Support our third‑party data collection partners and / or clients in collecting data.
• Collect data by operating various drone and sensor platforms.
• Strengthen relationships with drone partners and clients while in the field.
• Collaborate with internal teams to aid in the development of equipment and software.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to support field operations.

Job Types

Full‑time, Permanent

Pay

Starting salary of $60,000 - $70,000 plus hourly‑based overtime during fieldwork.

Benefits : Medical, Vision, and Dental, 3 Weeks Paid Vacation, participation in the Stock Options plan, and annual Performance Bonus.
