Your Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for the rental division, aligning with broader company objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the rental market, driving sustainable expansion.
Operational Management
- Direct the daily operations of our rentals division, ensuring seamless efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maximize the utilization and profitability of our rental inventory while upholding the highest standards of maintenance and compliance.
Sales and Customer Relationship
- Lead our rental sales team to surpass revenue targets, fostering a culture of excellence and ambition.
- Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with key clients and industry stakeholders, driving long-term business success.
- Champion marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, promoting our rental services with vigor and creativity.
Financial Oversight
- Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage the rental division's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and growth.
- Monitor financial performance indicators closely, proactively addressing revenue, profitability, and expense targets.
Team Leadership and Development
- Inspire, mentor, and develop our rental team to achieve both business and personal growth objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, fostering innovation and skill enhancement.
- Implement robust training programs to equip our team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel, especially in emerging technologies and equipment.
What We're Looking For :
- Proven experience in strategic leadership and sales and operational management, preferably within the rentals or equipment industry.
- Exceptional sales acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
