The Opportunity :

The Environmental Services Assistant executes routine repairs and carries out minor maintenance operations.

What Is In It For You :

Completing minor repair work which includes repairing doors locks window screens and blinds as well as replacing light bulbs sockets and switches.

Performing basic plumbing tasks which includes unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets.

Patching painting and caulking.

Performing regular cleaning duties which includes sweeping dusting mopping and vacuuming.

Maintaining all outdoor areas as well as shoveling snow and ice as required.

What You Will Need

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.

Knowledge in Joint Occupational Health and Safety regulations aligned with WCB and CCAL Act.

Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or willing to obtain one.
