Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various time zones and regions

Provide technical expertise to enable the sales team to effectively sell products

Conduct technical discoveries with partners and customers as needed

Deliver compelling software demonstrations tailored to customer needs

Support the sales effort by contributing to responses for requests for proposals (RFPs)

Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English

Minimum of 2 years of technical experience, ideally 1 year within the payment industry

Strong experience in the technical aspects of ecommerce, mobile, and / or POS

Technical background or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Ability to travel up to 35% to meet with client prospects and team members

Preferred Qualifications

Confident speaker with the ability to present and connect with executives and technical contacts

Familiarity with API integrations, including JSON Restful Web Services

Strong knowledge of industry-leading ecommerce payment solutions

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong desire to improve and expand technical and industry-related knowledge
