Main Duties
Reporting to the Director of Loyalty Marketing, this position will develop and implement player development strategies to attract, retain, and reward high-value players, maximizing player lifetime value and revenue generation.
Additionally, this position will lead and manage the player development program and host teams, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure exceptional guest service and performance.
Responsibilities include : Monitoring player activity, preferences, and trends to identify opportunities for personalized offers and tailored experiences.
Analyzing player data and performance metrics to track program effectiveness and return-on-investment (ROI). Developing strategies regarding complimentary offerings by evaluating player behaviour such as recorded play, reinvestment, and guest profitability.
Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to develop targeted incentives that appeal to high-value players. Guiding host teams to coordinate events, tournaments and experiences to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Developing and adhering to confidentiality standards of all player information and internal processes. Participate in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidates are subject to a background check as well are required to obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) / Indigenous Gaming Regulators (IGR).
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Some SIGA locations operate in a high sensory environment. You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels, flashing and blinking lights, and a congested workplace.

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.
Qualifications
Education :
- Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or
- Communication, with a specialization in Marketing.
- Certification in Event Planning or Project Management is an asset.
Experience :
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business, Marketing or Sales.
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting and data analysis.
- Experience in program management and training / certification.
- Experience in sales of products or services.
- Project Management experience would be an asset.
