Bayshore is looking for passionate and caring Continuing Care Assistants or CCAs In Training to join our inclusive team.
You will be creating special one-on-one moments for clients that are matched with you (your skills and availability). We customize care plans and solutions that allow them to remain in the comfort of their own homes and continue to see a familiar face through ongoing visits.

What you will need to be successful
- One of the following certificates - CCA, PCW, HHP, HHA, HSW, Internationally Trained Nurses, nursing students, retired nurses, or CCA Students
- Current Standard CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months
- Ability to travel from home to home within the community
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills required; the ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
Nature of Home Health
- Hours : We have a wide variety of visits that range from a 1-hour up to a 3-hour visit
- Clients : While we do cater to the older population, we provide service to all people in the vulnerable sector

Job Qualification
Who You Are
- You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- You are dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care
- You have a reliable mode of transportation
- You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one
- You are seeking a Personal Care role, you have completed a formal, accredited caregiver training program and / or a combination of equivalent education and experience
