Job Information
The Senior Project Manager, Child and Family Services, Legislation Implementation (Senior Project Manager) is responsible for overseeing the full implementation of legislative changes, ensuring that all activities align with strategic objectives and comply with legal requirements. This includes working collaboratively with internal and external partners such as Health and Social Services Authorities (HSSAs), Indigenous governments, community organizations, and service providers to ensure that approaches are culturally appropriate and inclusive.
The Senior Project Manager develops and manages comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to support successful implementation. The role also involves designing and executing change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, technology updates, and revisions to standards, frameworks and program design. In addition, the incumbent establishes monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of legislative amendments on service delivery and outcomes for children, youth, and families. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and guidance to project teams and ensures effective communication and engagement throughout the process.
