Business Systems Analyst - Senior - HYBRID

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to generate detailed specifications and design documentation for GIS / CAD data maintenance and modernization projects.
• Develop and implement automation solutions for CAD drawing creation using AutoCAD / Microstation and block profiles.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
• Utilize Bentley ProjectWise & ESRI products to support data management and geospatial analysis tasks.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications :

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within the last 3 years working in the role of a Business / System Analyst;
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within the last 3 years working in gathering and analyzing business requirements to produce detailed specifications for a development team;
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within the last 3 years working in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within the last 3 years working in current and future state process mapping;
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within the last 3 years working in analyzing and designing geospatial technology (i.
• e., CAD, GIS, FME) solutions;
• Minimum five (5) years' experience within the last 3 years working with Bentley ProjectWise & ERSI products;

Desirable Qualifications

• Demonstrated aptitude to work autonomously, make decisions daily with little supervision, and assume ownership over work assigned;
• The ability to mentor technical and functional resources;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Demonstrated business knowledge in a wide range of business functions related to municipal government or other large organizations;
• Demonstrated project management, planning, reporting and estimating experience.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within the last 3 years working with verbal and written communication methods to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels.
