Position Summary

In partnership with the Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the administration of our Preventative Maintenance Agreements and Service Orders. Strong organizational and communication skills will be key to overseeing the booking and pricing of our elevator services. You will receive training on our proprietary service and maintenance program and gain in-depth product knowledge. This role will also require you to handle various office duties and administrative tasks in a busy office environment.

We are currently seeking a full-time onsite Service Administrator to coordinate and schedule our team of Elevator Technicians at Garaventa Lift PA, located in Sharon Hill.

Essential Duties And Requirements

• Organize and dispatch our service technicians to Garaventa customers requiring maintenance and service.
• Quote and sell maintenance agreements for all new installation completions.
• Prepare monthly maintenance renewal agreements for invoicing.
• Manage the ordering, receiving, and distribution of parts to technicians.
• Respond promptly to all service and maintenance inquiries, whether by phone or email.
