Responsibilities :
- Design visually appealing and conversion-focused marketing emails that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement and clicks.
- Create captivating designs for website and landing pages that enhance user experience and encourage desired actions, such as leads, calls, sign-ups, or downloads.
- Produce a high volume of digital ads for various platforms, including paid social media, display networks, and other digital channels, optimizing designs for performance-based marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and digital marketing to continually innovate and improve design strategies.
- Work closely with copywriters and other team members to ensure cohesive integration of design and messaging across all digital assets.
- Iterate and refine designs based on performance data and feedback, continuously optimizing for engagement, clicks, and ROI.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a digital graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing designs for marketing emails, website / landing pages, and digital ads.
- Knowledge and experience in ad design and UX design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience designing for performance-based marketing KPIs, with a focus on driving engagement, clicks, and ROI.
- Knowledge of best practices for designing digital ads across various platforms, including paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, ), display networks, and others.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs that drive results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
