RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the rest of the structures crew to perform structural MRO work for our customers fleet and their 3rd party customers in an efficient and cost-effective mannerComplete work orders and internal repair job cards as required with accuracy and attention to detailProvide guidance and assistance in training and coaching of Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance EngineersOther duties as directed by the Structures Crew Chiefs, Coordinator and PRMQUALIFICATIONS / ASSETS
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license AME S license, Minimum 2 years’ work experience on sheet metal structuresClear and proven commitment to safety (for yourself and others) in line with our “Safety First” ValueAbility to multitask, prioritize, and carry out advanced sheet metal repairs in a fast paced and safety sensitive environmentExcellent communication skills, ability, and desire to work in a close-knit, team-based environmentDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work independentlyWillingness to work flexible schedulesAbility to carry out physically demanding tasksUnderstanding of metallic structures and metal processes and properties requiredAbility to lead and mentor structures apprenticesAircraft structures experience on DHC-2, DHC-3(T) and DHC-6 an assetManufacturing experience an assetSeniority level
