We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with over 5 years of experience in manual testing to join our remote team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality before they are released to the public.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Develop : Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases that cover both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and Report : Analyze test results and work with the development team to identify and resolve defects.
- Documentation : Develop and maintain thorough test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Review and Input : Participate in software design reviews and provide valuable input on requirements and testability.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with developers and other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in manual testing.
- Technical Skills : Strong SQL skills.
- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork : Must be a team player and able to work independently.
Additional Information :
- This is a long-term contract position, fully remote for our US client in the health insurance sector.
- Please note that this position is only available for QA Engineers located in Canada.
