Job Responsibilities
- Safely operating a Mobile Patrol motor vehicle in accordance with all laws and regulations
- Conducting security checks at client sites according to directives, standards and post orders
- Utilize company cell phones, two-way radios and Tracktik phone app
- Conducting alarm response to client sites as needed
- Conducting House Watch patrol if necessary
- Attending lone worker sites to check on workers when requested
- Ensuring incident and shift reports are completed including Run Sheets, Vehicle Inspection reports, Key Muster reports, Tracktik reports, Alarm reports and Inventory reports
- Reporting for shifts on time, and maintaining proper dress and deportment at all times
- Reporting any unsafe incidents, practices and / or issues
- Conducting vehicle checks at start of shifts and ensuring any issues are reported accurately
- Being respectful towards tools / equipment and ensuring proper key control at all times
- Ensuring vehicles are kept clean and washed as required
- Maintaining high standard of work ethic and professionalism
- Promoting a respectful workplace by displaying a courteous, professional attitude
- Keeping management aware of any unusual incidents
- Assisting in the training of new Patrol Drivers, and setting a good example at all times
- Completing any additional assignment as instructed by the Client Service Manager for Mobile Patrols
Qualifications and Experience
