Job Details

Location : Red Deer - 115 Queens Drive, Red Deer AB

Working Hours : Part Time 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday 05 : 45-09 : 45)

Wage : $23.40 per hour

The AM Sorter sorts and separates freight by destination, weight, size, and shape to meet client delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from conveyor into curbside trucks
• Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load-out
• Loads freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer
• Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles
• Manually transfer bulk or non-conveyable items
• Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify improperly sorted packages and mail marked for priority or weekend delivery
