As a Client Development Executive at HNi, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing a client base with a focus on any of the 10 sectors we service including Banking & Financial Services, Construction, Engineering, Government, Human Resources, Information Systems & Technology, Legal and Administration, Logistics, Manufacturing, Real Estate & Architecture.
We are looking for people with a history of success as a 360 recruiter and who want to keep growing with additional support.

About the role
- Identify and hunt new business opportunities with respect to using Harbinger Network as a 3rd party recruiter to fill vacancies
- Lead the development of new opportunities to grow your own portfolio
- Leverage our well-established client database for you to hit the ground running
- Work closely with clients and build on a trusting relationship in order to win more business
- Have full access to resources and team members to help fill your client Vacancies
- Collaborate with the Team to ensure the right individuals are presented with the right opportunities
About you
- 10+ years Staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development Manager / Account Manager - Specific to CONSTRUCTION in Manitoba
- Strong business development skills with a relationship-based approach
- Hold a track record of demonstrated sales success
- Highly motivated, resilient and driven to achieve quality service and delivery
- Exceptional relationship building and great communication skills
