We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Indoor Air Quality & Hazardous Materials Project Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team. Job Description :

This title reports to a Senior Project Manager and would therefore include partial Project Manager roles such as client / project coordination and budget management. You will play a key role in delivering hazardous building material services and indoor air quality assessments / consulting across a wide variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include :

• Complete assessments for mould, indoor air quality (IAQ), industrial hygiene, designated substances, and other hazardous materials.
• Perform inspections of building envelopes, ventilation systems, residential, industrial and commercial spaces.
• Inspect abatement and restoration contractors undertaking mould, asbestos and other hazardous materials remediation work to document that the work has been properly completed.
• Conduct onsite air sampling programs (proactive, reactive and sustainability).
• Technical report review and writing.
• Submitting timesheets and expenses in a timely manner

Compensation

As a Project Manager, your salary range will be $57,000 – $82,000 – based on experience. A Junior / Senior Project Manager role may also be considered.
