What we are looking for :
Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Internal Communications, and working closely with members of the Corporate Communications team, the successful candidate will actively contribute to Fiera Capital’s internal and external outreach initiatives, efficiently coordinating various communications projects in a fast-paced environment.
The person we are seeking is recognized for a keen sense of organization, knowledge of best practices in communications, as well as interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities :
Support for internal and external communications : Assist in planning and carrying out communications activities, including events and webinars, to ensure fluid and effective communications within the organization and with external parties.
Content management : Collaborate on editorial planning and produce a variety of content in partnership with internal teams.
This includes newsletters, internal memos, social media postings, press releases and other communications tools.
Performance reporting : Contribute to producing and analyzing performance reports, in order to provide key insights and assess the effectiveness of communications.
Intranet posting and management : Prepare and post content to the intranet, as well as write memos and newsletters within set deadlines.
Executive support : Provide occasional support for the Vice President, Corporate Communications, including administrative assistance, coordination of communications tasks and team meetings.
Other tasks : Perform any other related tasks as needed by the team.
Must have requirements to be successful in this role :
Education : Degree in communications, public relations or marketing, or other relevant training
Experience : Two to three years of experience in a similar role
Technical skills : Solid knowledge of SharePoint and ContactMonkey platforms
Assets : Experience in an advertising agency or finance / investment management industry
Personal qualities : Attention to detail, thoroughness, agility and organizational skills
Languages : Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken, with outstanding writing skills
Project management : Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, keeping to deadlines and priorities
