JOB SUMMARY :
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with the sales and management of health products, and maintaining store standards.
Duties include unpacking orders, pricing, inventory rotation, maintaining store appearance, theft prevention, and
educating customers about products.
NOTE : Candidates must be available for afternoon shifts and occasional weekend shifts.
- Unpacking orders and verifying invoices
- Pricing and rotating products, maintaining expiry lists
- Maintaining store appearance, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Customer service, theft prevention, and sales target achievement
- Sharing product and sales information with customers
- Educating customers on additional products
- Opening and closing duties : counting money, reporting, securing the store
