Position Description
As an ever‑evolving organization, the Human Resources Coordinator / Generalist must be versatile and keep up with the evolving demands of the organization. With over 75 employees and growing, this is a hybrid role that requires strong administrative and coordination experience for document management, recruitment and onboarding responsibilities, and also experience with writing and enforcing policies and procedures, discussions with staff regarding grievances, compiling retention and engagement programs, etc.
The organization is forward‑thinking and is looking toward a succession plan. The ideal scenario would be for the HR Coordinator / Generalist to grow into the HR Manager position within a few years.
