Job Description
Your primary responsibility is to take care of our customers, by means of outstanding customer service. This means excellent communications skills, a sincere interest in helping other people, good judgment, initiative, and diplomacy. You will receive and routes incoming calls and greets visitors to SES and provide general information and assistance. Assist different colleagues in their work and perform routine office support functions, including word processing and filing and perform related duties as assigned. You will also assist the customer administrative supervisor in performing various tasks such as working with invoicing and accounts receivable and writing routine correspondence. You will become an integral part of SES’s marketing and sales team and your opinions will be solicited.
Requirements
It is expected that the successful candidate will have a college degree, but this not an absolute must.
