Warehouse Supervisor / Process Coach

The Paris Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) is one of three Canadian PDCs that receives and distributes thousands of automotive service parts to our dealers across Canada, and is an integral part of the Ford Motor Company organization.

Minimum Requirements :

• Education : College Diploma or equivalent. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).
• Experience : Currently – the opening is afternoon shift however, ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends is required.Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees. accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms of safety, quality, and throughput. Proficient organizational and administrative skills. Ability to multi-task.

Adept problem-solving and conflict management skills.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $74,000 - $124,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
