The Facilities Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and contractors. Provide general day to day administrative support to the office including mail / courier services, supplies, and meeting services ensuring the successful achievement of Facility Operation’s key goals and objectives.
Decisions are related to completion of own work. Problem solving is task specific and guided by established processes and procedures.
Support is available when uncertainty exists.
How you will create impact :
Answering incoming calls and greeting guests
Supporting office operations, including the Health and Safety Program
Distributing daily mail
Assisting with new employee on-boarding
Scheduling and coordinating contractors and vendors
Managing group email inboxes and calendars in Outlook
