· Perform wheel alignments or prepare vehicles for alignment services.

· Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify quality and proper operation.

· Identify additional mechanical damage and communicate findings to the estimator or production team.

· Work closely with body technicians and production staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

· Maintain accurate repair documentation and complete work orders.

· Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications, company standards, and provincial safety regulations.

· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

· Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.

· Participate in training to stay current with evolving vehicle technologies and repair procedures.

Requirements

· Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.

· Experience working in a collision repair environment is considered a strong asset.

· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

· Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment and scan tools.

· Knowledge of ADAS systems and calibration requirements is considered an asset.

· Ability to interpret repair procedures and technical documentation.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Benefits

· Competitive compensation.
