Our client, in the Healthcare industry, is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager (Surgical) to join their team in Quebec City.
Your role as an Account Manager is to ensure customer satisfaction in your assigned territory, while achieving all financial performance goals.
Responsibilities :
- Manage existing accounts (hospitals and surgery centers)
- Identify growth opportunities within your territory
- Develop and implement annual business plans, driving growth and market share
- Monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasting
- Territory includes Quebec City and surrounding area plus Eastern Canada provinces (60% travel required)
Qualifications :
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Medical Device / Pharma sales background (2-5 years)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
