- and 3-5 years’ experience as a customer service representative may be substituted for or college coursework. Inside sales / telemarketing experience Intermediate level proficiency on the usage of Microsoft Office Products.Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools desirable.Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to craft professional, engaging posts.
