The successful candidate will be able to work long hours when required, and to travel within Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities will include :
- Plan and execute geotechnical site investigations.
- Perform soil classifications, sampling, testing, and reporting.
- Install geotechnical instrumentation.
- Perform construction inspections as related to foundations, earthworks, etc.
- Prepare written reports.
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
Your Profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or similar.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in carrying out geotechnical site investigations, construction materials testing, and laboratory testing is an asset.
The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of relevant experience, may consider new grads.
- Data entry, spreadsheet, and work processing skills are an asset.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel and work remotely in all weather conditions, as needed.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Eligible for professional membership with TPSK.
