NursePractitioners are you looking for an opportunity whereyou make great money and only work 6 months a year Haztech is onthe hunt for a Nurse Practitioner to support our healthcareservices team on an industrial site in KingstonOntario.
This is a fulltime role Monday toFriday working 10 hour shifts.
This role will begin on October14th.
Please note that the NursePractitioner is required to be licensed inOntario.
JOBDESCRIPTION
You will be responsible formaintaining the integrity of the company while providing a safe andpositive work environment.
Using logic and reasoning to identifythe strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusionsor approaches to problems.
Maintain accurate detailed reports andrecords. Monitor record and report symptoms and changes in patientconditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members toess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Prepare roomssterile instruments equipment & supplies and ensure thatstock of supplies is maintained. Administer local inhalationintravenous and oral medications.
Develop relationships and rapportwith all colleagues contractors andclients.
The chosen individual will performthis diverse range of activities with a focus on safetyprofessionalism and teamwork.
Qualifications Ss&Competencies
- Completion ofrecognized Nurse Practitioner program & a valid CNOlicense
- Experience working onremote industrial construction and resource sector projects ispreferred but not mandatory
- Ability to workautonomously and under pressure
- Validdriver’s license and criminal recordclearance
- Professionallyrepresent Haztech and provide exceptional service to allclients
