TheMaintenance Supervisor contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by overseeing the preventative maintenance and repair of plant equipment to ensure uninterrupted day to day operations. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for developing trained and capable front line union / non-union employees.
