Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new agricultural grain trailers and farm equipment products.
• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design specifications, considering factors such as functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize SolidWorks or InDesign to create accurate 3D models, drawings, and renderings of product concepts and prototypes.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and iterations to optimize product performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing, engineering, and production teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in agricultural equipment design to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of design standards, processes, and documentation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design roles, preferably within the agricultural equipment, heavy machinery, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated successful design expertise in agricultural equipment, large components, or related sectors.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or InDesign software, with a strong ability to create detailed 3D models, drawings, and renderings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities.
