Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse located in Orangeville, ON. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide hands‑on patient care, assess patient health conditions, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, educating patients and their families about treatment plans, and ensuring a high standard of care delivery.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse certification and knowledge of healthcare protocols
• Strong clinical skills, including administering medications and performing basic medical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
• Organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed and accurate medical records
• Compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to patient well‑being
• Experience working in a family healthcare or community‑oriented setting is an asset
• CPR certification and familiarity with infection prevention protocols
