We are looking for an experienced estimator to join a well-established family business that has been thriving for over 30 years.

Our client is located on the North Shore of Montreal, and the team is composed of passionate individuals.
Main responsibilities :
- Be a leader for the estimating team
- Lead cost evaluation for various construction projects (private and public).
- Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and other documents to prepare estimates.
- Collaborate with the project team to understand clients' specific needs and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Assess potential risks associated with projects and develop strategies to minimize them.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on in-depth cost / benefit analyses.
Skills and qualifications :
- Experience with a General Contractor
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in public projects (SEAO)
- Experience in design-build projects
- Experience in budget estimation
- In-depth knowledge of BSDQ
- Knowledge of Procore, Master Format, RS MEANS, and Uniformat (an asset)
