Senior Estimator - Construction

Job description :

We are looking for an experienced estimator to join a well-established family business that has been thriving for over 30 years. This position offers a great deal of autonomy, encourages the sharing of ideas, and places a high value on initiative and creativity. Our client is located on the North Shore of Montreal, and the team is composed of passionate individuals.

Main responsibilities :

• Be a leader for the estimating team
• Lead cost evaluation for various construction projects (private and public).
• Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and other documents to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with the project team to understand clients' specific needs and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Assess potential risks associated with projects and develop strategies to minimize them.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on in-depth cost / benefit analyses.
