CLIENT EXECUTIVE, SIGNATURE INSURANCE

Acera is looking for an ambitious, engaging Client Executive, Signature Insurance to manage a successful portfolio of high net-worth clients.

As a Client Executive, Signature Insurance, you will provide excellent customer service as well as be able to relay your technical expertise to both existing and new clients in person, through email, and over the phone.

To help you succeed in the role, you will be backed by our strong, well-established company brand that has a strong connection to the community.

This role is responsible for : providing excellent customer service to an existing book of business, writing new business, participating in up-sell and cross-sell initiatives, day to day client servicing, and all other duties as directed by management.

LOCATION AND STATUS

  • Kelowna, BC
  • Full-time, permanent
  • Compensation : Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual, team and company performance.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $60-000 - $75,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 2 Insurance License preferred;
  • 3-5 Years previous Personal Insurance experience is required;
  • Working towards CAIB or CIP designation considered an asset;
  • Competitive by nature and career driven;
  • A strong business acumen; post-secondary business courses considered an asset;
  • Has demonstrated excellent customer service skills in previous positions;
  • In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products;
  • Excellent technical and computer skills.
