Requirements & Skills :
- Manage projects within the business acquisition program space focusing on end-to-end user onboarding and system integration tasks for all contributing departments.
- Execute on an established integration pattern, manage exceptions and issues to conclusion; set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Define project scope and deliver technology integration in collaboration with management, internal teams, and stakeholders plus key vendors.
- Organize and lead the team, create an environment where project management standards are followed and status of work in progress, issues, decisions, and resourcing is well understood.
- Be the primary point of escalation for any topics related to the dedicated workstream. Drive resolution of any conflicts and escalate as needed to avoid roadblocks.
- Work with a dedicated team and manage resource assignment scheduling across multiple projects within the program. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelCoach project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues;
define issue impact and schedule any resulting changes via change management within our governance structure.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Partner with appropriate resources to provide / complete required project documentation.Provide consistent work progress and status against plan.
Deliver status reports, change proposals, and governance presentations.Resource allocations and forecasting to be readily available.

You bring the following Key Skills & Experience :
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT Project Management delivery, including presenting to management
- Strong ability to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, team members, technical vendors.
- Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
- Navigates effectively and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions projects is an asset.
