About your next Challenge as a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts :

• Be responsible for the procurement of subcontractors including the management of cost, schedule and performance parameters.
• Implement sourcing strategies, assesses supplier risk (including financial) and develops mitigation plans.
• Develop& obtain subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and / or services.
• Preparerequest for proposal, conducts suppliers' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts.
• Negotiateand coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
