Position Overview
Are you interested in analyzing and improving business processes and outcomes, and driving organizational change? If so, the City of Kamloops has an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst. With a strong emphasis on modernizing systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery this role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and communicating business requirements, while designing and implementing IT solutions that meet our organizational needs. This position works closely with various stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure the quality and usability of IT solutions. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in implementing new systems or configuring current ones to better suit our needs and enhance our service to the public. The successful candidate must have the following qualifications :
