About The Position

We are seeking a Full Stack ML Engineer to build and maintain robust, scalable web applications across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll work hands-on with modern frameworks, cloud services, and databases to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing user interfaces, designing APIs, integrating with cloud infrastructure, and ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions that are reliable and future-ready.

Responsibilities

• Take over and manage all existing backend systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and continuity as team members transition to other roles.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
• Architect, design, implement, and oversee backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in software development, code quality, and testing.
• Own and manage our Azure infrastructure, ensuring cost efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Oversee Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.
• Manage and optimize Machine Learning pipelines and MLOps workflows for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement and facilitate continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with product and domain specialists, as well as frontend teams to align backend solutions with product needs.
• Plan and prioritize backend roadmap items.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
