Job descriptionOversee daily maintenance activities and support technicians Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards Optimize equipment design and departmental processes Manage maintenance budgets and cost‑saving initiatives Collaborate with various teams and lead the maintenance department Maintain safety and operational standards in food processing equipment Continuously improve maintenance processes and monitor policies Train staff and ensure adherence to safety regulations 443A or 442A an asset 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting as a Sr. Maintenance Manager is a must Proven experience in maintenance management, particularly in a rendering environment, Oil & gas , edible oil processing or similar industries preferred. Experience with centrifugal equipment a must. Strong background in rendering processes is essential. Experience with CAPEX management and Project Management Experience implementing safety policies and procedures Experience implementing maintenance tracking and work order systems or programs an asset Experience in budgeting and cost management within maintenance operations.
Base pay range
CA$135,000.00 / yr - CA$165,000.00 / yr
