SE Health is leading a multi-year enterprise transformation project that leverages human-centered design to drive innovation in healthcare. Our transformation focuses on privacy and security by design as we expand home care capabilities using new platforms and cloud-native architectures. This role supports the usage of project management best practices, processes, and procedures and works with peers, management, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.
Duration : 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
Responsibilities
- Create detailed project plans, including schedule, resource planning, monitoring and control activities, risk and issue management, communications, and status reporting.
- Ensure business requirements are clear and complete.
- Plan all project deliverables including scope, goals, milestones, and changes required.
- Produce project documents including scope, stakeholder list, schedule, charter, budget, risk, and resource requirements.
- Plan and lead routine to medium complexity projects from initiation through closure, manage change requests, resolve issues and dependencies, and escalate when required.
- Define project success criteria and communicate them to stakeholders throughout the life cycle.
- Consult with clients when appropriate to identify solutions and provide recommendations on system strategies or solutions; identify organizational impacts from implementations.
Operational Management
Collaborate with process owners, analysts, and other experts; obtain written acceptance of all documents and deliverables per the project plan.Maintain a complete library of project documentation and regularly report progress to steering committees and sponsors.Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans; supervise project team members and contractors; promote accountability.Facilitate meetings with team members, managers, sponsors, or executives; develop partnerships to champion IS Services in support of business priorities.Project Development and Management
Draft and submit budget proposals and advise on budget changes as needed.Provide input on task prioritization and resource management in collaboration with resource managers.Ensure operational support requirements are met and delivered.Engage in vendor discussions and negotiations to ensure terms align with SE Health.Create project closure documents and lead project closure meetings.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, Engineering or related field.PMP, Agile / Scrum certifications, or other related qualifications.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large-scale programs, projects, or implementations.Direct experience implementing digital health systems (clinical information systems, risk management platforms, or other ERPs).Background in healthcare delivery or a regulated health profession to strengthen clinical-technical alignment.Proven ability to manage vendors in healthcare / digital health through contract, scope, and delivery oversight.Experience managing projects with regulatory, risk, or patient safety implications.Familiarity with budgeting models to manage financial constraints.Track record of navigating organizational change in healthcare or public sector.Advanced MS Office skills (MS Project, Visio, Excel).Leadership by influence in a matrix organization.Experience managing the full program / project lifecycle from planning to evaluation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues.Proven ability to mentor and motivate teams.Why Join SE Health?
