Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist at Northgate Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Regina, SK. The Pharmacist will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, providing medication counseling to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining patient records.
The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to our community.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding and sterile compounding techniques
- Experience in dispensing medications and reviewing prescriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and valid pharmacist license in Saskatchewan
- Additional certifications or training in compounding or related areas are an asset
