Job Title: Psychologist – Occupational Health Services (Contract)
Location: Regina, SK
Employment Type: Part-Time Contract (~20 hours/week)

Overview:
A Federal Government Client is seeking a registered psychologist to provide mental health services to law enforcement members in Regina. This contract role supports psychological well-being, fitness-for-duty assessments, cadet screenings, and critical incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments and fitness-for-duty evaluations

  • Provide psychological support following critical incidents (CISM)

  • Screen cadet applicants and assess specialized unit readiness

  • Offer consultation to health teams and management

  • Participate in return-to-work and risk assessments

  • Prepare detailed, confidential reports

  • Respond to urgent requests within specified timelines

Qualifications:

  • Registered Psychologist (Saskatchewan or eligible)

  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience (occupational/emergency services preferred)

  • Skilled in trauma support, crisis intervention, and report writing

  • Experience with law enforcement or first responders an asset

  • Able to travel in Saskatchewan and respond to incidents within 24–72 hours

Additional Details:

  • Availability: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends

  • Includes up to 6 weeks unpaid vacation with advance notice

  • Estimated 20 hours/week; potential for more
