Who we need Reporting to the Professional Service Manager and as part of the Shoplogix Global Professional Services team, we are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join us.

You will be responsible for implementing and custom configuring our SaaS products for our manufacturing customers. The is a hybrid position, working one day a week onsite in Oakville, Canada.

Availability to travel throughout North America up to 35% of the time is required. Who you are You may be coming from an engineering or systems implementation role.

You want to work with cutting edge technology that leverages data in real time to solve complex issues in manufacturing.

You might be a Plant Manager or a Continuous Improvement professional in manufacturing, looking for an opportunity to apply your industry insights to implement solutions that address challenges you've encountered on the plant floor.

You will be part of an organization that promotes from within, with the chance to move up to a Senior Project Manager, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Manager or other areas within Shoplogix or Constellation Software if that interests you.

How you will make an impact : Oversee implementation. You will follow industry project management best practices and internal methodologies to implement SaaS products.

You will own the end-to-end project from kick-off, gap analysis, deployment, and configuration to validation, training, updates, and reporting.

Collaborate and communicate. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Development team members to quickly resolve any client issues and drive customer satisfaction.

You will manage communication with clients and stakeholders and build meaningful relationships with key contacts to ensure project business and technical objectives are met, along with regular updates in a ticketing system.

Build engagement. You will establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor with customers to drive the continued value of our products and services, effectively preventing attrition.

You will discuss strategies, brainstorm new feature requests, and implement the best options. You will support sales and post-implementation activities as needed, providing product demos, training and software adoptions.

You will work closely with Account Management and Professional Services to identify opportunities for developing and delivering new services, products, and modules.

Elevate quality. You will be assigned personal projects to help optimize internal processes. You will contribute documentation and diagrams to our knowledge base to support our internal teams, partner community, and customers.

You will bring : The experience. You are familiar with the inner workings, processes, and workflow of a manufacturing plant.

Experience in the automotive, food & beverage, and packaging industries is advantageous. You may have a solutions or systems engineering background, or you may have worked in SaaS sales and implementation.

Either way, you have the skills of a consultant, including the ability to ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and business processes and recommend customized solutions.

The technical knowledge. You have an eye for detail and the ability to drill down to find root causes, debug issues, and solve problems.

You may be familiar with industrial machinery, PLC's, and Kepware OPC software. Project management. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects.

You can balance competing priorities and meet deliverables for multiple concurrent projects. You can set and execute a project plan and oversee projects from start to finish.

Ideally, you have continuous improvement Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & / or Black Belt certification. The collaborative approach.

You have exceptional customer service and communication skills gained through post-sales and customer service and working with cross-functional teams.

You can build trusting relations and efficiently work across in-person and remote teams. You are quick to adapt when priorities shift and take feedback well.

You are comfortable with ambiguity and willing to figure things out when no clear path or process is outlined. The flexibility.

You are willing and able to work outside of business hours with varying shifts to meet the needs of clients. You have a valid passport and can travel throughout North America up to 35% of the time.
