They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance.What You’ll Do :
- Draft and edit internal communications including presentations, email memos, etc. Provide manager support for media interview prep.
- Create press releases for distribution to the media.
- Cultivate content for social media channels, track, and report on outcomes and engagement.
- Track media databases and coverage.
- Assist with background research and content development for speeches and presentations.
- Receive confidential information and develop messaging.
- Assist management with administrative needs.
- Collaborate with management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs. Help with projects as requested.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices within the communications space.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques / procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.What You’ll Need :
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

The salary range being offered for this Communications Analyst position is between $68,000 annually and $75,000 annually.
