Project Manager
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) de projet ITSM / ServiceNow pour la mise en place du module RH. Le candidat idéal sera chargé de planifier, de coordonner et de mener des projets dans le respect du budget, du calendrier et de la portée.
Il contrôlera et présentera efficacement les mises à jour des projets aux parties prenantes, aux clients ou aux membres de l'équipe de projet concernés.
Responsabilités
Sur le module HR SD (Human Ressources Service Delivery) les missions sont :
- piloter le backlog du service On-Off Boarding
- animer les morning
- organiser au travers de pratiques agile
- réaliser les steerco et les comité opérationnels
Les livrables
- le backlog organisé et priorisé
- un planning de release
- les supports projet
- un pilotage des risques
Connaissances requises
- Avoir un baccalauréat en informatique, en administration ou tout autre domaine pertinent
- Connaissances approfondies de l'outil ServiceNow et de son module RH
- Force de proposition
- Capaciter de bien travailler avec des équipes basées en France tout en tenant compte de la différence d'heure
