Responsibilities
Process returns, replacements, and shipping claims in collaboration with internal teamsCoordinate with logistics to ensure accurate shipping, on-time delivery, and clear order status updatesProactively communicate stock availability, order progress, and delivery timelines to customersDeliver exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships via phone, email, and in personAssist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and payment processingRespond promptly to customer communications and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralAssist with inventory tracking and order managementReconcile freight invoices, flag discrepancies, and maintain accurate shipping and inventory recordsAssets
2+ years’ experience working as a customer service representativeCollege diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV) or Business Central is an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to work well in a team and independently.Basic understanding of accounting and logistics processes.Disclaimer : This is currently for an active job opportunity.
