Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Management :
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Production Planning :
- Collaborate with the production team to develop and oversee production plans.
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate with quality control to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
Purchasing and Supplier Management :
- Develop and manage the purchasing strategy to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials and components.
Administration :
- Oversee administrative functions, including HR, IT, and office management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
