As the Fleet Maintenance Manager located in Saskatoon and reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our fleet assets at multiple locations across Western Canada.
You will lead and manage a sizable team, enhancing operational efficiency and safety through effective maintenance planning, implementing preventative maintenance and repair programs and developing comprehensive procedures and policies.
Your ability to identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities will be crucial in driving our continued success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Post-Secondary Degree or diploma in Business or related field.
- 5 plus years’ experience in a management role, with accountability for daily operations, preferably in industrial or heavy equipment management.
- Successful experience leading teams; is a respected coach and mentor.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget creation and management, and understanding of financial statements.
- Ability to travel.
- Previous experience with 5S Lean Manufacturing Methodology is an asset.
