Vous avez une expérience antérieure en tant qu’agent service à la clientèle dans le secteur automobile et / ou manufacturier / distribution, n'attendez pas et communiquez avec nous !
Nous avons des postes d'agents de service à la clientèle.
Nous recherchons des personnes qui comprennent, veulent construire et gagner avec nous et nos clients.
Être un conseiller service à la clientèle avec nous c’est :
- Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnels à nos clients
- Être responsable du soutien de l'ensemble du processus de vente des produits, de la soumission à l’expédition.
- Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe des ventes
Plus précisément, tu t’occuperas de :
Assister les clients avec leurs demandes (renseignement sur la disponibilité, prix)
Faire la saisie de commande
Traiter les demandes de retour
Faire le suivis des commandes en back order
Type d'emploi : Temps plein, Permanent
Rémunération : à partir de 50 000,00$ par an
